No Returns for Original Artwork: Due to the unique and often one-of-a-kind nature of original artwork, I do not accept returns for these pieces. Each creation is meticulously crafted and holds its own individual value.

Exchange Only for Damaged Goods: In the unfortunate event that your item arrives damaged, I will gladly offer an exchange for an item of equal or greater value. Please notify me within 7 days of receiving your order, and provide photographic evidence of the damage. I will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure your satisfaction.

Limited Timeframe: Requests for exchanges due to damage must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Any requests made after this period will not be considered.

Conditions for Exchanges: To be eligible for an exchange, the artwork must be in its original condition and packaging. Please ensure that the item is securely repackaged to prevent further damage during return shipping.

Refunds for Unavailable Artwork: In the unlikely event that an artwork you have purchased becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, I will offer a full refund of your purchase price.
