Kanye and Kim. 36” x 48”. I custom built this canvas and its stretcher bars. The surface texture is glassy, the result of what seemed like an endless succession of layers of Gesso, each sanded smooth before a subsequent layer was applied. The drawing was completed entirely in graphite (pencil) which is why I took the time to create an optimal drawing surface.
